I think everyone else is seeing it as a foot seen from above. or a downward angle.
Angelglory, are you trying to sprite it from the front?

It's supposed to be facing at the camera, he just has weird shoes.

He looks like he needs to be more pale. The only other thing than the foot.

angle that foot a bit from its side. even if it doesnt match EXACTLY the reference, it would be way more readable.

Angled the foot outwards since it looked awkward angled inward.

The eye should be green because his red eye is his right one, talking from his perspective/ anatomically. Otherwise pretty good looking.
