Riviera: The Promised Land, Mario and Luigi, Pokemon games, Golden Sun, Sword Of Mana, Final Fantasy IV or any Final Fantasy, Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon, Yu Yu Hakusho: Tournament Tactics, Advance Wars, Yoshi Topsy Turvy, Banjo Kazooie Grunty's Revenge, Banjo Pilot, Fire Emblem, Harvest Moon, Kirby games, Legend Of Zelda games, Mario Kart Super Circuit, and Mario Party Advance, Shining Soul series, Sonic Advance games and Sonic Battle.
Pretty much just all the good games.

mario advance 2. hands down. i play it like every single night before i go to sleep. its my childhood in my hands.
that and the mickey's magical quest series.
as for the manly man in me wanting to squeeze out some serious gaemin, i'd say the Fire Emblem games along with Sonic Advance 3

Any Advance wars, any Boktai, any Castlevania, any Metroid, Fire Emblem 6 & 7, Yggdra Union, Mother 3 and uhh
A lot of other games that I can't think of off the top of my head :I GBA is literally like my favourite handheld period, and probably my second favourite non-PC system next to the PS2 :3c
