Wow, I want to see this at action, really good in my opinion

That how it looked in NSMBWii, the game I'm using as a reference. So I have no intention to change it.
And thank to all for the comments! Underwater or desert will be the next... probably.

Wow! That's a neat set! I like how it looks like the New Super Mario Bros but with a harder shading. Are you gonna animate the blocks with the music notes?

Hmm, I was looking a bit closely, and apparently you dont got something that might resemble Boo's Mansion's tiles..could be cool if you tried it

Don't worry! I'm going to make all the tilesets from NSMBWii (wich includes ghost house) and some others, like the SMW Switch Palace.

Cool, that will really add a new and amazing feelinmg to the game, in my opinion that is

RE: WIP tileset for a fangame. - Mallacxo - 03-11-2010

It would be cool, if we seen the backgrounds in action in a SMW Hack.

RE: WIP tileset for a fangame. - Dave - 03-11-2010

Yeah, but we got to keep in mind that this is a different style, wich might take some time since I have never seen anyone tried to make it into something unique, but I see progress into this tile sets

Just a little preview of what I have so far with the underwater tiles:

Not bad, I like it, and since this is a preview, I cant wait for the next and full parts

Only decoration left! I get inspired!

I told you I'm lazy, but after months of not touching it working on it hardly, here waht you have:

Added underwater decorations, tower tileset with decoration (wich also works on the castle one), and some minor edits in the blocks and items section.

The tiles are amazingly great!

Except, I'd have to say the pipes still aren't that much better, and the switches look a bit weird.

Well, the pipes looks exactly how I want them to look, so I'm not going to change them.
But tell me what you see weird on the switches. Also, wich ones do you mean, the small or the big ones.

Are you going to continue with this tileset? Smile
