RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - Sengir - 03-11-2010 Also, are you using floats to store screen coordinates? Because some graphics (like the 2nd from last block in the 3rd screenshot) look like it. If so, I'd suggest cutting off the decimal value/rounding down as opposed to rounding up. Either that or store the screen coordinates in an int. RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - Nick97 - 03-19-2010 This looks awesome! I hope this turns out good One suggestion: Maybe make the backgrounds a bit more detailed becuase with the bigger screen size it looks a little bare. Other than that it looks really good so far! Good luck! RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - Xual - 06-02-2011 Over 1 year later ! This game is nearly completely finished, figure ill bump my old thread and post a complete version soon RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - ThePortalGuru - 06-02-2011 After reading through, I'm actually really excited for this. Hopefully it lives up to my expectations! RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - Alex IDV - 06-02-2011 (06-02-2011, 12:51 AM)Xual Wrote: Over 1 year later ! RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - verifiaman - 06-06-2011 This game makes me want to drag out my gameboy and play it. And yeah, I'd rather wait one year for a great game than get an unpolished game right away. Do you have remade versions of the music too? RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Engine test/screenshots) (NEED DEVS!) - Xual - 06-15-2011 Yeah, I did some myself, a friend did a couple, the rest were pulled from random sources from the internet, most remade music I found out and about on youtube/newgrounds etc was really bad tho. edit: Huge update: http://*snip* save discussion for there don't bump this for now until I have more rdy RE: Super Mario Land 2: Remake (Huge Update) - GrooveMan.exe - 06-18-2011 Um.
