You can probably track down someone willing to trade one of theirs if you look around. Might be cloned but I'm pretty sure it'll still work for events since it's got the fateful encounter flag and all.

I reserved SS.

I had both gold and silver back in the day but I was more attached to my silver game back in the day because thats the one I choose Cyndaquil in and not to mention my dad got it for me so it is special to me.

Thanks, I wouldn't have known about this unless you posted this topic. Also, I plan on getting Hg because I played Gold more as a kid than silver(don't get me wrong, I beat them both, but I got all the possible pokemon on gold)
