OK, OK! GUYS WERE ALL DONE BEING MEAN, NOW LETS ACTUALLY START DOING WHAT HE CAME HERE FOR!
(Seriously, each time a new spriter comes along and post, EVERYONE flames the sprites!)
He came here to learn, so lets cut to the chase here!
Since I'm thinking your new to spriting, lets re-start from scratch. First thing to start with? Pac-Man.
Pac-man is 4/4 view, and the ghosts are either 3/4 or 2/4. So first start by making Pac-Man's Idle, and we'll help you from there.

Alright, I can understand bing a dick to OP about his sprites, but REALLY, people?
Iceman is not the enemy here. He's trying to help this poor man and asking you to help. You're like rich bastards making fun of another person giving money to a poor old man playing a tuba with his hat on the ground!
