Because it has fuck all to do with the topic. It's literally "HEY LET ME THROW A MEME IN HERE, EVERYBODY WILL LAUGH EVEN THOUGH IT'S COMPLETELY OFFTOPIC AND STUPID"

It took me an hour to wait for a random match, and i got disconected within the first few seconds of the match

So yeah Im agreeing on that Brawl's WIFI has problems

I liked Brawl being floatier. It made the game easier to play and I found myself doing less button mashing and more thinking about what move to use next. In melee I never had a chance to plan an attack strategy, it was too fast!

But that's just me.

Speaking of Sonic on that subject, *interrupting the Brawl vs. Melee sub-subject*
Did anyone get a hold of a copy for Sonic Unleashed for the PS2, or Wii? Play the 360 version,
and then play that and tell me how that wasn't dissapointing, In my opinion, they could have figured some way to keep a decent battle and world system in those two.

*Getting back to Brawl vs. Melee debate*
Also, I must agree, I do like the Battle System in Brawl better than Melee

I always liked Snake, but I could think of so many others I'd rather have in, that are reasonable even.

RE: Games that disappoint - Alpha Six - 04-04-2010

Snake BELONGS, fuk u >: (

Snake is such a powerful strategy character and he manages to fit in at the same time. He was originally going to be in Melee anyways, but they didn't have the time to fit him in.

Honestly, I think that if Brawl had just one more delay it could have been a lot better.

RE: Games that disappoint - Gwen - 04-04-2010

I like playing with him, but I want someone else ;.;
suk it betch, nahh its cool. No going back on the past.

I loved how they made Sonic a playable character in Brawl. It was the best news in my gaming life. He is my main. =3

I love how he is a mindscrew character; all his attacks look the same and he's really fast. He can rack up damage on the opponent if used well. On the downside, his moves are slightly laggy and his KO power sucks, but whatever. He's probably in the middle of the theoretical tier list, if not higher, thanks to his unpredictability.

Best of all, he is fucking insane in Brawl+. All of his laggy moves have been sped up and his KO power has been increased somewhat.

Every sonic game that came out after Sonic Adventure 2 that wasn't on the DS or GBA. Minus StH:Genesis.

Unleashed was decent, so I'll make an exception for it as well. Plus it has a great soundtrack. Same with Sonic Riders.

But yeah all the rest of the sonic games post-SA2 suck

RE: Games that disappoint - Alpha Six - 04-04-2010

Sonic is a dick in Brawl and I wish he was never alive.

But this seems to be turning into a Brawl topic a little too much-- this is supposed to be about genuinely disappointing games, not just Brawl.

The King of Fighters XII was a pretty legendary letdown considering how downgraded everything in the game was except for the visuals (which are beautiful). KOF XIII looks like it'll be fixing those incredibly disappointing flaws however, so only time will tell.

Sonic Unleashed could have been really good if the Werehog stages were improved.

Aww hell, if the game had more daytime stages and no nighttime stages, it would have been an awesome game. I would prefer running over waterfalls than trying not to break tiny pots...

RE: Games that disappoint - Gwen - 04-04-2010

Pokemon XD.
Where the fuck did my badass Hero go who rode across the lands with his bitch on a fucking amazing Hovercycle. And where did my underground pokemon fighting go?

perfect post

a fully daytime game with bugfixes ( SO MANY CHEAP DEATHS UNGH) would have been a great game

Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver

...Well, only one aspect: The Pokegear's Phone. Yes, I know the Phone in your Pokegear was used the same way in G/S/C, and they probably kept it this similar for that reason...Really, my only problem with the Phone function is calling for Rematches...Both Trainers and Gym Leaders...

IMO, The Vs Seeker still should have been included...Maybe it's just me, but I hate sifting through the 'Hey my Rattata's different', or 'oops wrong number!' calls to get to rematches from a select number of Trainers...Some of the Trainers also call to give you items (I think that should have been the main function of the Pokegear's phone, for the random Trainers...It could have also been for Trainers who's Pokemon Get stronger every time they call you for a rematch)
...Without the Vs Seeker, and being able to fight any random Trainer 'whenever you want to,' Johto and Kanto feel kind of...Empty, and the only place to reliably fight Trainers for Exp. is the Elite 4...but this could be because I used the Vs Seeker so often in FR/LG/D/P/Pl. that I just got used to it...

The other thing that bugs me isn't that you have to call a Gym Leader for a Rematch, but you have to call them at a Specific time on a Specific day for a rematch...IMO, a specific time of day or a specific day would've been fine on their own (Possibly)...The only good part is that once you face them (Assuming you go right to the Fighting Dojo in Saffron), you can call them right back for as many rematches as you want (Permitting you're still in the specific time of day you have to call them)

...Now, I haven't tried it, but you might be able to screw with the DS' Clock & Calendar to do this, but From what I understand, it doesn't work for things like Haircuts, Daisy's Pokemon Massages, Growing Berries, etc...So, I don't know if you'd be able to do it for Gym rematches...

But really, aside from that, I'm satisfied with the games

I honestly just go to Mt. Silver if I need to grind experience, they have level 50s there that give you 1k+ exp.
