You desperately need anatomy practice before you go any further. Look around so you can find some good study references, or you can go the high route and actually purchase an anatomy book (I did).

The arms are too short, he got mumps, his legs are weird (and pillow-shaded) and his rips got something...Strange

The legs seems to be facing a different direction than the torso.

everything about it is wrong.

start all over,

get a proper reference.

post a sketch, we'll check the lines, point what could be fixed, and move on shading

A good idea to start making the pose is ...Stick figures! Use them as "bones". Then you can fill in with the circles
