RE: Should I buy? - Helmo - 06-30-2010 was gonna add but i thought i had enough :V well for VC i'd go with: KDL3 SMW Ristar Air Zonk DKC PKMN snap LozMM Paper Mario there's still plenty more but these are my faves RE: Should I buy? - Vipershark - 07-01-2010 am i the only person who dislikes the ps3 slim and wants a phat I'm gonna try to get a low-firmware phat so I can still have the otherOS option when I get one, then just use proxy updates or CFW from there so it doesn't get patched out back on topic though, if you want stuff for wii, DONT buy VC ow Wiiware games if you install the homebrew channel and a wad manager, you can easily download wiiware and VC games on your computer and transfer them to your wii for free. I'd say the same for regular games as well, but the whole backup loader process is a bit more complicated, and I prefer physical copies of the actual games anyway RE: Should I buy? - Alpha Six - 07-01-2010 i can't say anything about VC, since all of those games are on emulators anyway :|, but pirating wiiware is a dick move. Whoa, where have you been? The Xbox controller was always considered better for fighters. It's a lot easier to use in terms of mashing and using specials. And there are more people to play against online with an Xbox for fighters. [/quote] wat. The D-Pad is fine for me on the 360, since I can stick my fingers in between the directions. It even feels like it is rotating. But why would you use that? It's such a downgrade from a Joystick. Besides, swirling is the fastest method of specials and isn't a problem. I barely hear of anyone using the D-pad for their fighters. Especially fighters like SC and Virtua Fighter. I find the 360 controller easier to maneuver. Especially with the bigger buttons and indented D-axis. And the shape fits to my hand a bit more than a PS controller. And the internet is full of 10 year old shit talkers. On both PS3 and 360. Button mashers and Skill Spammers? That's extremely common. On both PS3 and 360. But they're is more players with skill than those without. On both PS3 and 360. If you want competition, then ask for it. Go on Gamespot boards or something. There's always a challenge or some sort of flamebait there. |
