Apparently nintendo does so too.

ITT: Wario Ware: DIY in general. You can make "those" games, bypass the terms of service, and download a minigame in which you gotta peek up a woman's skirt afterwards.

Yes, I kid you not.

Technically, it wasn't Nintendo's fault, but it was the players doing.

but still WTF.

Nintendo had absolutely nothing to do with that. They didn't include the content themselves.

Of course, as with any user-created-content service, rule breaking can and will happen. That's basically a given.

Wind Waker Link: *practicing Sword Techniques with Orca*

Orca: Now we will try the Thrust technique.

Link: *thrust technique*

Orca: Yes! Keep thrusting!

And what are those Redeads doing to Link.

If you're looking for anything other than innuendos and such in kid games, try creepiness.

I dunno, unless it's SUPPOSED to be bad.....

A game like those should be rated E 10+ for Crude Humor.....

I didn't know little kids knew what innuendo was.

Because they don't, so it's not a big deal unless you make it one.

RE: Rated E? - triptych - 09-15-2010

complaining that E games are inappropriate is honestly worse (and infinitely more annoying) than people complaining about violence or sex in an M rated game

no one gives a shit and you just look like an idiot when you're doing the complaining
