I think the sword should be a little longer although i may be wrong, haven't seen Samurai Jack in ages and i think the bottom-back part of his cloak should be a bit smoother. Otherwise i think you're really good.

I agree with 2D and Murderbeard. The problem with his chest is due to lack of contrast between the chest and the far arm. Boost that.
Sword needs tilting downwards slightly, but just the blade mind you.
