RE: What do you still Play? - Ton - 10-21-2010 I played through the entirety of Mario World yesterday, including secret exits. Fuck yeah. RE: What do you still Play? - Kitsu - 10-21-2010 I don't usually replay games too often, since I often tend to get bored during a second playthrough, not to mention that I usually kind of push through my first playthrough in a very short time, so I end up pretty worn out by the game by the end. After a while, I might replay it if I still have it. Shmups have the most replay value for me, but they're also my fave genre anyway... RE: What do you still Play? - Chutzpar - 10-21-2010 In no particular order, I've replayed the following now that they're ~~retro~~ and add to my cred, or something: Started playing Pokemon Yellow again recently when I realised I've never finished it. Finished Blue a million times and doubt I'll play it again really (thinking of getting some games from later generations, too~) Ocarina of Time (and recently Majora's Mask, since I finished OoT again. BETTER THAN I REMEMBERED.) Super Mario 64 Morrowind - getting into this again after hanging around on modding forums for Oblivion, since by all accounts it's a smarter and more involved game. Doesn't seem to have as active a modding community, though. Baldur's Gate I/II - I still haven't finished either of these, and I'm pretty sure I had BGII the same year it was released. Pretty active modding community too, which is nice, because BGI especially needs some WICKED TWEAKING. Also, for some reason this last month I've been playing a buttload of SSX On Tour. Man. I love SSX. Why isn't there a (not shit) new one? :C RE: What do you still Play? - X Gamer 66 - 10-21-2010 I pretty much play nothing BUT classics these days. Currently replaying Spyro 3, Paper Mario 2, Pokemon Stadium, Apollo Justice, and occasionally SSBM with friends. RE: What do you still Play? - Chutzpar - 10-22-2010 Sorry, should we make a separate thread? "Old but not classic games that you still play"? Don't split hairs :E RE: What do you still Play? - Alpha Six - 10-22-2010 (10-21-2010, 11:18 PM)Tonberry2k Wrote: I'd hardly call anything post-N64 a classic.I think you mean "post-PS2." RE: What do you still Play? - Ton - 10-22-2010 Nobody's age is relative, GEEZ. I'm not saying that you have to be cartidge-based to count as classic, but it helps. RE: What do you still Play? - Locked Achievement - 10-22-2010 Crash bash, PS1. Possibly the greatest game involving polar bears, talking masks, and a dingo/crocodile fusion ever. RE: What do you still Play? - Jdaster64 - 10-23-2010 Most often, the Mario Kart and Smash Bros. titles for N64, Gamecube, and Wii. Occasionally Super Mario Galaxy 2, Sunshine, Henry Hatsworth and Super Mario All-Stars as well. In my opinion, crash bash was actually pretty good considering it wasn't made by naughty dog and literally hard as balls. |
