ugh call me when you want to play pokemon and not rock paper scissors
if you need any of the things listed to win they you are horrible at this game and you obviously don't care about the other person enjoying the game too
also if you'd just try the tourney or even the fifth gen metagame you'd see its not the shell that gen4 was, even with clauses
anyway I banned everything for a reason
accuracy and evasion banned for the lack of strategy involved
sleep clause banned for the sake of spore and instant sleep moves
and wonder guard banned simply cause between 3 pokemon you can only use 12/16 types of moves, so you can't always prepare for that
So basically I tried to eliminated the things that don't allow both players to do what they want in a battle, and I don't understand why you have a problem with that
oh and also if we get at least one more person then we can start this thing

Sleep is pretty much broken this generation because every time you switch out it resets the sleep counter back to it's original number, meaning you're Pokemon is basically permanently out of commission for the rest of the match. Sleep Clause seems fair. Banning evasion/accuracy dropping moves feels useless because flat battles are 3v3 and it takes time to set that kind of thing up (for the most part anyways).
Evasion isn't cool but Accuracy dropping moves are easy to deal with because you can just switch out of them, while Evasion means you have to get lucky to hit them. But w/e.

only using sleep status moves on your opponent counts
gonna have to use the honor system guys, since theres no way for me to find out other then battle videos
you guys can break sleep or acc clauses if you and your opponent agree on it, but just know if nothing specified these are the default rules

Sleep Clause
You may only put one Pokemon to sleep at a time. Once that Pokemon wakes up, you may put it or another Pokemon to sleep again. But again, only one Pokemon on their team can be asleep at one time. Pokemon asleep due to the effects of Rest or Effect Spore do NOT count towards that limit.
Zac you should probably edit the first post with the rules of each clause.
