FINALLY formatted my rig
now running Windows 7
unfortunately it seems that my graphics card is about to die
I started playing Torchlight and I started getting screen artifacts everywhere and the game began to sputter
...I need a new gfx card anyway though because I tried to play Just Cause 2 and it wouldn't even open >:I
