RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-02-2012 how do you use the icon maker? i used photoshop to do these. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Peardian - 01-02-2012 Everything you need to know about the Icon Maker can be found in this thread. You'll still need to use Photoshop to place the renders, as it doesn't handle alpha transparency well, but you can at least use it to place the text. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Garamonde - 01-02-2012 Indeed, that's how I do it too! Icon Maker is really easy, and is faster than putting the text on yourself. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-02-2012 wow you guys were right icon maker is easy here they are here's the icon for when they are uploaded RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Peardian - 01-03-2012 The quality is great, but you didn't fix the scale of the images at all. All of the models still look squished, especially the viruses. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-03-2012 that's weird since i changed the scale of Dr. Mario and the viruses by 20 0.0 RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Peardian - 01-03-2012 I'm talking about the images in the thumbnails, not the models themselves. The models are fine. It's the thumbnail pictures that need to be fixed. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-03-2012 i wasn't talking about the models themselves i was using free transform in photoshop on their thumbnails. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Peardian - 01-03-2012 Well, the new thumbnails look almost exactly the same. I can tell there are changes, but you didn't really fix them at all. They shouldn't look squished at all. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-03-2012 is this better? RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Garamonde - 01-03-2012 Yes that's great! Looking good! RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-03-2012 here's the other viruses Is there a doctor in the house? RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Peardian - 01-04-2012 The Blue Virus looks better, but Dr. Mario looks worse. I'm guessing you aren't very familiar with image editing. You are still unevenly resizing the renders. Just look at how squished Dr. Mario looks. If you insist on using the Free Transform tool, make sure you hold the Shift key so that it evenly resizes the image. Remember, it's okay if the render doesn't take up the entire thumbnail area. RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - senjen - 01-04-2012 ok i used the shift key this time here's his icon RE: Dr. Mario Online Rx Models - Peardian - 01-04-2012 There, that's much better. I recommend doing the same for each of the other icons as well, and then I'll be able to upload them. |
