Anatomy is a tad off in some places, most notably the elbow on the left side.
I think you should reshade the shirt because it doesn't convey any depth and do something about the feet they look... unusual?

An Example

Oh lord that elbow.

He's made of string.

Popcorn, tSR is a site meant to give actual criticism on others' work, not to make witty comments about how they look.

Please take more time being constructive.

update

RE: Brad's Pokemon Sprites - Bombshell93 - 05-26-2012

head is wide when it should be long, body is very short, arm lengths dont match and look too spagetti like, legs too short.
pallet selection isn't bad though it'd be easier to judge if the character was in better shape.
shading is a bit conservative, not to say you should shade everything but you shouldn't leave everything lit either.

The face is too round. See how on the official sprite has defined edges on this chin?
Maybe move the nose a little closer to the mouth? The placement now kinda makes him look like a monkey
And the hair between his eyes should cast a shadow, unless he's got an extremely low hairline because his forehead is non existent.

Take a look in the mirror and see how high above your eyebrows your hair starts (not where your bangs lie, if you have any)
