Ok was really busy but I finally uploaded Sprite Studio 0.2.1b. This update basically introduces palettes and also comes along with some bugfixes.

However, due to lack of documentation, I have not implemented PAL support right now (it's already coded but I haven't enabled it yet in the google play edition).
