i only know how to get them from the ps2 version by using the TXD Viewer made for the ps2 GTA games

Thanks for all the help. I've been looking for the tool somewhere but thanks to someone else that they posted it and i'm finally able to convert bsp to objs now. I can finally get all the geometry and skyboxes in the stages.
And i will also have all parts of Mystic Mansion ripped two including the Skies and others.
