Hmm I tried an edit without the excess shading, and a slightly new pose/smaller head.

Might need to work on the legs more

I might go with something like that but I kept the wings without outlines for a reason, mainly that in the game, the bee enemies lack outlines on their wings, so I wanted to keep it consistent.

...Actually, putting her next to Hornet Man, I feel like her feet are just a little bit small. I think that's what was bothering me but I couldn't figure what it was.

RE: Smooth as honey - Chaoxys - 12-19-2012

Well honestly, considering how top heavy Hornet Man must be, he'd probably need larger feet to balance him out, and to balance out his design. Giving her large feet for just be awkward.

Anyways:

Made some edits based on Virtuaboy's edit.

RE: Smooth as honey - Gaia - 12-19-2012

We can all agree on, now I think she's ready. Funny story though, a fan of the series went and made a honey woman at probably the same time (9) was being made, pret-ty interesting stuff man.

With that out of the way, what will you have in mind her her movements?

RE: Smooth as honey - Chaoxys - 12-19-2012

I'm most likely going to base it on Hornet Man in general. I want to add some sort of flower like attack since one of the pics oh her (or maybe it was an earlier Hornet Man) had her/him holding a flower, but I'll wait and see on that one.

As for a fan making a female version, I'm pretty sure the fact that there was a female version has been known long before the actual design was shown. Also, Rule 63.
