RE: A new generation of pokémon - Previous - 01-19-2013 Guess what: Every one of us has had a point in the past where they started with zero knowledge and experience. You don't learn how to walk if you never try to. You start to crawl and work your way up. You stumble and fall down, sure, it's never easy, but if you keep trying, you will learn and become better. I guess that's all I can say here. The water one doesn't look like he can fit into his shell, the fire type doesn't look finished, the grass type just creeps me out. What would be great if you did heavy edits or even went for broke and did them from scratch. Here is a great list of tutorials: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/586616/Flash%20Resources/Sprite%20Tutorials%20Folder/SpriteTutorials.html This tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0-xJP1dW6s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9nevwJ3Pfo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mftL9b2huo She knows her stuff! I made this sprite using that tutorial: It's a bit of a bad sprite I made it in 9th grade which was my 3rd year spriting. (I didn't take it seriously until 10th grade, currently a college freshman btw) RE: A new generation of pokémon - missingno. - 04-17-2013 (01-29-2013, 08:16 PM)Novally Wrote: These are Pocket Monster splices right? RE: A new generation of pokémon - CruelSin - 04-20-2013 Never thought that someone could think of something more....Something more from what ever the original pokemon ( gen 5 + 6 ( not legendary)) is. Anyway...I hope that the project will go well and you may think of some better models in the future. :p RE: A new generation of pokémon - Virtuaboy123 - 04-20-2013 Well besides the fact this thread keeps getting bumped to the top with no actual art being posted. (Missingno, you thanked Novally's post from about 3 months ago) Are you still trying to sprite Pokemon? RE: A new generation of pokémon - CruelSin - 04-20-2013 I might be mistaken , but it is the first time to see a member acting as a mod. Lmao :p RE: A new generation of pokémon - Previous - 04-20-2013 And thus you decide to do the very same thing? Yesyes. Either way, I'm locking up since missingno. has a new sprite thread anyways. |
