I'm not sure exactly what you're going for with the pants too, is it supposed to be baggy wrinkles, or scratch marks...? The soldiers look cool, although the Elite's helmet is hard to read at the face/mouth area. I'm still working on how the legs should look, I'm working with a set height for these characters. I also made a sort of golem/living statue enemy. Which is better with eyebrows or not? Again with the Femto pixel This is how the pose looks I made his back a little longer, again it'll look better once I refine it. The other character is general green (changed his out fit), there's 3 versions with differing pant shading. Which one looks best? I tried to use a decent variety of faces, I'll probably narrow it down to 6 faces and 6 hair styles. RE: 2017 Work/Critque Thread - Virtuaboy123 - 04-15-2017 Thank goodness I made a template. With it NPC characters can be quickly made along with player characters. I think I'll go with 3 looks the player can choose from. (Green,Red,Blue!) I tried to make the guy characters look like the works of Toriyama/Otomo/Nagai. This is because their styles I liked and they vary enough for me. I may do the same for the female characters also. The starting classes down the list are (Nobody,Fighter,Psychic,Hunter,Soldier) Certain Items will change your appearance or costume also. (Afro/TigerMask/SoldierUniform/etc) |
