Alright fellas, there's been a huge update in regards to exporting .mmb models! I was able to commission a user on XeNTaX forums to fix Gh0stBlade's .mmb Noesis script so that it properly works with Sparks of Hope's models. This patch seems to fix not only the issue of broken vertex normals, but also fully restores skin weights, meaning that exported character rigs now fully function as they should!

I've found that the animations are in a .ANIM file, I don't think it's currently possible to get that into Blender.

Sorry for bumping this thread! I've recently been ripping my own copy of the game to study the models (topology flow mainly), and was having some trouble finding some of the DLC models like Kanya. Would it be okay to ask where the file directory is for her and Allegra? Wasn't sure if they're named differently internally. Found King Bob Omb though!

Though Mecha King Bob-omb is in the same directory as everything else in the base game, characters like Kanya or Allegra are part of the DLC; this will require a separate dump of the DLC to find those. The file structure remains the same for the DLC: "[YOUR DUMP LOCATION]\moria\baked\mixed\art\characters"

I know for a fact that ripping for this game is going to skyrocket when the Rayman in the Phantom Show DLC comes out. People are gonna want that Rayman model so bad.
