RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Miles07 - 03-03-2009 Yum, Bowser... Speaking of "yum", wouldn't it also be a good idea to include the Mega Meat item (the one that causes him to grow to Godzilla-size) in that sheet? Just sayin'... Also, HOW LONG did it take you just to RIP the textures? Man, that's gotta be a LOT of time, if Peach had 102 images... I haven't tried it (because my computer at home isn't powerful enough), but if I'm not mistaken, to extract those elements, it takes hours since the game is so huge. RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Androu1 - 03-03-2009 Ripping the textures was rather fast. They are just extension-less TPLs, hence why I'm amazed at how those haven't all been ripped already. Noone cares about this game, or what? Anyway, I will try to get Peach and Shadow Queen sheet by tonight. RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Androu1 - 03-03-2009 Delivery! A fresh Peach and Shadow Queen sheet. MeritC, I'm sorry the Shadow Queen stuff you were asking about in the PMs isn't included. They must be out of Peach's files and there are way too many folders for me to check just to add them in on in this sheet. I will add them when I find them, or in a general effects sheet or something. Time will tell. Anyway, enjoy the Peach/Shadow Queen sheet. Sure took a while. RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Dazz - 03-04-2009 This might sound odd Androu1, but how do you mount the disc to your computer? I can't seem to get my ISO of it to mount on Daemon Tools and actually be readable... I can't seem to get my ISO of it to mount on Daemon Tools and actually be readable... To get the ISO of the game, you can either download it or use one of the many homebrew apps for the Wii that let you rip it (one of them requires cIOS but can let you dump the ISO via the SD Card, other makes you download the ISO via Wi-Fi from your Wii to your PC). After you get the ISO, you need an app to open the ISO. There's a Gamecube specific tool which is almost impossible to find (even tho I do have it) but WiiScrubber works (1.21 is the best) even tho you have to manually extract the files. I suggest looking for gcmdump, it's a lil tool that extracts everything out of the ISO. I hope anyone got that RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Shroob2 - 03-04-2009 Shadow Peach just won the topic. But seriously, there's a LOT of Blank Space on these sheets. Even Luigi, who barely appears in the story, takes up a good 4 screens when zoomed in. Here are some suggestions: 1. Get rid of the "Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door". If the sheet gets submitted, or even if it doesn't the title of the game is in the section/your first post. That lone is about 100 pixels off the top. 2. Try to narrow down the sheets. For example, Mario. Anyone with eyes can see that's his head, his body, etc. At the least, make those smaller. 3. I don't have a 3. These aren't insults, but the sheets are actually unusable to... a good 40% of the people here. He even placed a "guide" in terms of how we can assemble these things. Huge thanks, TC! RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Shroob2 - 03-04-2009 I know, I'm just saying, Shadow Peach is awesome. And, the How-To-Assemble things are pretty awesome too. RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Dazz - 03-04-2009 Right, well I've got the tools to extract the files, but TPLX is giving me an unknown tpl format error - what tool are you using? Some files are NOT tpls, while others are. In the "a" folder. The ones like "a_mario" is not a TPL, but "a_mario-" IS a TPL. I only renamed them to add the TPL extension and then used TPLx on them. And thanks to everyone for the support on this so far I may have all sheets edited without the big logo and useless stuff that I added. I will try to make them as tiny as possible. RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - A.J. Nitro - 03-04-2009 Ya I dunno if you read this last page because of new posts, but I said: "I hope this isn't a problem, but do you think you can take out that Paper Mario title logo at the top of each sheet? Takes up too much room. Plus I am unable to paste the Mario sheet onto paint because it's so big. Thank you!" RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Androu1 - 03-04-2009 (03-04-2009, 03:13 PM)A.J. RE: Androu1's Paper Mario TTYD rips - Androu1 - 03-04-2009 Here they are, tinier sheets. Hope those are enough. |
