RE: What do you do? - Superliger - 03-06-2009 Do you watch a movie or tv show? RE: What do you do? - Previous - 03-06-2009 I don't think I could sprite while watching a movie or tv. Would draw my attention too far away... RE: What do you do? - Miles07 - 03-06-2009 I sometimes listen to music. What helps is listening to particular music (VGM, mostly) that is related to the sprite/sprite style that I'm working on. I'd listen to Metroid music when making Metroid sprite, for instance. iTunes is da bomb. No question about it. RE: What do you do? - Adam - 03-06-2009 I pixel while listening to all the music on my computer, which is allllll rock, mostly In fact, whenever the computer is on, I'm listening to music. Haha. RE: What do you do? - Goemar - 03-06-2009 I either just sprite or listen to music from what ever game it is I'm working on (so that's Metal Slug 3 music for the rest of my life). Watching TV would distract too much, and scare me - as I'm not connected. However, if the CAGcast (the only pod cast I listen to) has been updated I'll most likely be doing some sprites while listening to that, but that's so I don't get distracted from the CAGcast, not the sprites. I'll also stop every now and again and play some of the game to make sure I stay enthusiastic. RE: What do you do? - Badassbill - 03-07-2009 Usually watch TV whilst I sprite. RE: What do you do? - Shroob2 - 03-07-2009 1. Listen to an awesome song 2. Whistle an awesome song 3. A You'd-rather-remove-your-ears-than-listen combination of them both. RE: What do you do? - Superliger - 03-08-2009 Whistle while you sprite.....sounds like dworfs from snow white but it does work. |
