... I like Anubis' suggestion, actually. Making a pixel art of our character as a simian (therefore it needs not be a monkey, it can be gorilla, whatever) eating bananas. Limits? Uh... 15 colors, max canvas size 200x200 pixels. Sounds good?

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - JarJar - 04-08-2009

eating bananas is unoriginal

make them eat snickers

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - Mabelma - 04-08-2009

I like the idea. It's quite good but ViperShark is suppose to choose the theme.IF he chooses that it'll be awesome.us I think candies instead of bananas is much original and better.

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - The KKM - 04-08-2009

Why not wiimotes?

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - JarJar - 04-08-2009

monkies eating candy

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - The KKM - 04-08-2009

On what are we basing that it has to be Vipershark? No offense, of course.

In fact, if everyone is okay with it, I'll give what I consider to be the final specs.

1- 200x200 pixels canvas to use.
2- 16 colors (15+Transparency)
3- Theme- Our character as a simian eating an object of phalic shape.

Anyone agains it? Then I suggest we start.

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - JarJar - 04-08-2009

why are you guys so dependant on him when he didnt even agree to make a topic plus he said he'll most likely wont do anything

while im here offering a good topic

man you guys are selfish

btw a phalic object??? lol

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - The KKM - 04-08-2009

Well, it's the connection I found between Wiimotes, Skittles, Bananas and Candles. Then in that case, as I say, let's start.

LET'S DO THIS! FALCOOOOO

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - Vipershark - 04-09-2009

sorry I was away

anyway I technically don't have a character so this theme won't work for me

the size and 16 color limits are fine, (as long as we do 16 colors + transparency and not 15) but as for the theme....
how about video game characters in different universes

like mario in kirby, etc

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - Shawn - 04-09-2009

i quit then

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - The KKM - 04-09-2009

OK, makes sense, same rules, you can use a video game character

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - JarJar - 04-09-2009

told you monkeys eating candy was better

look now you lost a competitor and he was one the best spriters

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - Mabelma - 04-09-2009

Here are the final rules. Video game characters as monkeys eating candie. Rules will be set by Koi.

The original sprite by Lance

The one I did without arms.

Mine's custom, but has some stuff shaped like in Lance's for the sake of consistency between style (the shoes and eyes). It has errors, mainly the goggles and legs, but as I said, I neevr corrected them because I lost interest on it. Maybe I will.

RE: Let's Settle This!(Keep them coming guys) - Vipershark - 04-09-2009

wrong thread, dude.

But okay, video game characters as monkeys works.
