I'll be sure to that although, as popularity would state, Ocarina of time was truly the best. I mean no unkindness to you or your prefrences. The masks were pretty awesome. The Ocarina of Time is just better. No it isn't. On topic: Maybe you should try doing some items from MM or OOT in another zelda style like mc or la. RE: LoZ custom Items - Vidgameguy777 - 04-13-2009 MM is majora's mask, OOT is Ocarina of Time, but what are mc and la? Also, I never said MM wasn't a great game. It had awesome features, but I liked OOT better. RE: LoZ custom Items - Woppet* - 04-13-2009 mc - minish cap la - link's awakening RE: LoZ custom Items - Vidgameguy777 - 04-13-2009 I can only do nes and basic snes style. I kind of suck. It even mentions so in my signature. RE: LoZ custom Items - Miles07 - 04-14-2009 LA, OoS (Oracle of Seasons), and OoA (Oracle of Ages) all basically has the "NES" style or sprites (white + black + one or two other colors = 4 = NES sprites), so it's not far from what you're doing now, Vidgameguy. BTW, I wanted to post that sprite sheet to give you ideas on what to do next, not ta rub it in your face. Sorry, Vid. RE: LoZ custom Items - Vidgameguy777 - 04-14-2009 It's okay,it helps. RE: LoZ custom Items - mozzy - 04-14-2009 I love how people say they can do "NES style". When people use NES with spriting, its a restriction, not a style. 8bit is a style, and it's actually harder than the newer spriting techniques because you're limited to only 3 (more if you're using layers, but thats just boring) colors. And with the NES, you're limited to a specific palette and size limitation. RE: LoZ custom Items - Vidgameguy777 - 04-14-2009 Oh. Well I need to look up the palletes I can use for a legend of zelda game. I made the sprites because I want to make a remake of the original Legend of Zelda but include more items and dungeons. Also, if you want to add a character to it, just say so. If I recognize the character, I can sprite them nes style and maybe put them in the game. |
