RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Mabelma - 04-14-2009 No don't worry. I'm glad you're using it. Anyways the blue and the red colors are just dark shades. If you want I'll post the lighter one. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Gors - 04-14-2009 ...augh, MS Paint-ish colors. You shouldn't edit someone's sprites without permission, and I don't see any place Hinako let you edit it. About the outline... it looks nice, and I can see the 'Tyvon-y' style in your sprites. About the colors, pink or light blue would fit well, I think... RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Mabelma - 04-14-2009 I know I'm just showing him how the colors look. That's all. Hey Hinako do you want me to take the pic down? RE: Hinako's Sprites! - GrooveMan.exe - 04-14-2009 Keep the nail-file in slate grey, Have the boots in chocolate. The tights in a cream-ish colour, possibly reusing the same palette as her hair if you're keeping her blonde. The blouse would be nice in mint, actually. The gloves can be in either mint or chocolate depending on which colour you want to be the 'main'. I find that thinking of a colourful dessert is a good method of generating colourshemes for female outfits. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Hinako Yoshitora - 04-14-2009 Mmm~, you mean like this? Mabelma, you can keep the image up if you want, it doesn't bother me either way. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Vidgameguy777 - 04-14-2009 That looks awesome. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Gors - 04-14-2009 oh, if that's a nail file, you should dither it. You know, they have that texturing, so using them here wouldn't be bad, imo. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Hinako Yoshitora - 04-14-2009 I'm so bad at dithering c_c; RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Vipershark - 04-14-2009 wow you finished that fast you're really good at this RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Vidgameguy777 - 04-14-2009 That's sweet. Who's the next character? RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Alpha Six - 04-14-2009 That's really good, but the boots seem oddly-shaded. I don't know if it's color conservation or what, but they might need some fixing. Also, after close inspection, I think the scissor chick's legs might be off-proportion; mainly after her knee. It looks too short. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Hinako Yoshitora - 04-14-2009 Thanks for the crit Osiris. I'll get to work on that! And thanks for the comments, everyone else. Hey guys, if you're interested, I updated the first post with the list of salons and character styles! It's mainly for my reference but you can look if you want. I won't tell. RE: Hinako's Sprites! - King of Bad Posters - 04-14-2009 Very nice I approve! RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Hinako Yoshitora - 04-14-2009 Here's Ryoko of Geisha Geisha! Beauty Salon! RE: Hinako's Sprites! - Vidgameguy777 - 04-14-2009 Why is her skin blueish? Other than that it's pretty cool. |
