The only thing off that I see with it is the dithering on his hair, seems like the hair doesn't have any texture. But the rest of the piece is amazing, the dithering on the hat's "ears", the dithering was used few, but softly on his face, and the texture below his head was what really caught my attention.
But I voted BaB because Koooeeennnn
and he used perspective well, and dithering in a very very softly way.
