That the fuck you talkin' 'bout Willis? MGS4 ain't on the 360, or at least it's not yet confirmed.
Also, asides from Ratchet, Clank, Jak and Daxter, nobody actually has been faithful to Mr. Playstation. They all whored on other consoles.
The only ones I do know are exclusive are Buzz (fucking lame character), Sackboy (fucking awesome character), Jan Templar (meh, I hate FPS games), and... that guy from Resistance (like I said, I hate FPS games).
EDIT: Oh wait, I know what that dude meant. GTAIV.

I didn't put anybody from the Metal Gear series because the origanal games were for NES and SNES (if I recall) and those games introduced nearly everybody, 'cept Raiden, even Naked Snake was introduced in those games, though he was Big Boss

metal gear was never on the SNES.
the metal gear on the NES is so fucked-up and noncanon that it doesn't even count to be part of the series. there were so many name changes and the areas were COMPLETELY different. also full of time paradoxes.
the ORIGINAL metal gear games were on the MSX and the MSX2.
the only games that WEREN'T on the PSX besides those are Metal Gear Solid: Ghost Babel (GBC), which isn't canon to the main story, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (GCN), which is nothing more than a remake to the original, and Brawl.
and the only reason Snake is even in brawl is because Kojima wanted him in Melee but it was too late in development to include him.

Though I don't think Soul Calibur characters would be right for...ya know...a Sony Fighting game. Soul Calibur's mostly been Arcade or Multiconsole. The original SC was originally for Dreamcast and Arcade...Coming to XBLArcade soon.

that's really not the point, Snake started off on the NES, by you listing off almost all of the metal gear solid games that didn't come out for the PS, you only proved my point further, not only that, but I recal seeing a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater for Xbox (or was it Metal Gear Solid 2? anyways, not the point)
the point is, to list characters that have come out Play Station exclusive.
and I do know that some characters I listed off weren't exactly Play Station exclusive, but w.e

Ah, but, you see, the whole argument is pointless because Snake would get in just because he's awesome and should be in every fighting game ever made for every system ever because he's Snake.
Also Mario was in some PC games THEREFORE HE IS NOT NINTENDO EXCLUSIVE AND CANNOT BE IN BRAWL CAPS CHAP
