RE: Shaman King fan character. - Gwen - 07-09-2009 i dont have one, i can make one for later though. which is better left or right? RE: Shaman King fan character. - halfangelfreak - 07-09-2009 Sorry, I'm not very good at giving advice, but this how I would've done it: (Not this is just more of a pic explaining what I couldn't say in words, not being rude) RE: Shaman King fan character. - Gaia - 07-09-2009 Well, it looks like yer tryin' to capture the ZX stance here, from where the origional stance's arm position is at. I'd suggest trying getting the actual sheet of Vent and use that stance for a reference, and try to either A) Use Goku's leg positions as a reference or B) Completely redo the stance. it looks like he's trying to pull a James Bond in the second idle. Also, your head's mouth had a little bug, where the blue meets the tan. big no when you are doing JUS mouths. I took your sprite's head, and fixed the mouth for a bit to see what I mean: See the mouth's diffrence from the old one? looks a little better doesn't it? but, it's your character of Shaman King fandom. but remember that how good the face looks does apply to this style, and adds a certain charm to it too, it's why people edit and make customs in this style. remember that this style is simple and charming a little enough to please half of an existing Jump fanbase, too. RE: Shaman King fan character. - Cobalt Blue - 07-09-2009 this should give you a somehow idea of how the pose of your character should be. RE: Shaman King fan character. - Gwen - 07-09-2009 thank you guys, you rock, i'll fix it later, jammin to steel panther right now XD new pose RE: Shaman King fan character. - Cobalt Blue - 07-09-2009 still wrong. there is no balance, try to do that pose and stay naturally doing it for a while, you'll notice how umconfortable it is(and imposble, also) RE: Shaman King fan character. - Gwen - 07-09-2009 i have yet to make the animation sir, i stood like that, not unatural for me. RE: Shaman King fan character. - Cobalt Blue - 07-09-2009 i wouldnt even bother about making an animation of that. let me put it this way: you character's leg are not connected to his torso. he has no spine. RE: Shaman King fan character. - Gwen - 07-09-2009 what do you mean? RE: Shaman King fan character. - Cobalt Blue - 07-09-2009 do your anatomy homework, i'm not going to guide your hand if you dont start getting some basic knowledge. RE: Shaman King fan character. - Gwen - 07-09-2009 his legs look connected to his torso if you ask me, just because he's wearing a belt that doesnt change the fact.. |
