Gettin' there. Why don't you make it bigger? I always found bigger spriter easier to shade/anti-alias/outline because you're not cramming everything into a small space.

Outline is jagged and blocky, coloration is to bright, lacks shading or detail.
Fix those and stop giving NorskSengir such a hard time, would you?

Fixed some issues with the shirt and the face.
Also your palette is gigantic compared to the bottom right sprite.
