NFL Street, NHL games, Fifa and some Skateboarding and Snowboarding games, and that's about it. Fight Night was also good, and yeah I guess Wii Sports was alright.

Only Snowboarding games. Fuck yeah SSX Tricky.

I can't stand 'realistic' sports games, though.

RE: sports games??? - Sengir - 09-16-2009

There is no point to realistic sports games. For realism, go outside.

You've obviously never played NFL Blitz or NBA Street (though their "realisticness" level can be argued)

I don't call NBA Street a 'realistic' game because there's nothing realistic about it. lololcartoon proportions and impossible special moves. Therefore it's perfectly fine and kinda fun, too.

I just dislike NFL in general. Regular football too, before you start calling nationality prejudice.

This is why i even play some sports games instead of real sports

I do too. I totally loathe football (Both the real american version and euroland's pussy version which is called soccer.) with a passion, yet I find NFL Blitz incredibly fun.

This politically incorrect because:

'euroland' needs to be capitalized

NFL Blitz is a flippin gas. It's actually pretty hilarious at times too. Blitz II: The League is easily the best Blitz game. It's a bit more like Madden but it's still Blitz, that much is obvious. Not to mention it's GORGEOUS. The environments get destroyed in real-time and your players also get dirty in real-time. But the tackles and other things that happen in-game still make it obvious that it's not realistic.

I still love NBA Jam on the Genesis

I agree, excellent game. A lot of Acclaim/Midway sports games are fun, actually. Mainly because they don't try to break the bar on realism.

I play Pro Evolution Soccer a lot with my friends.

I also liked SSX3. Gonna try tricky some day.

How... bland. =/

Although if you like FIFA 08 the most, why bother getting the rest? Is the change in team rosters that important?
