We already discussed it. Apparently, most liked Mario with the bigger eyes, but no one edited Luigi to have bigger eyes, too.

I already did that. Now Mario and Luigi have the exact same eyes. I think Luigi should have one of his feet up by 1 pixel.

Anyway, I'm done with Samus. I stole all the colors from the sprites here. Hope it looks good.

Luigi's hind leg is too skinny, make it one pixel thicker.

I guess you could alter Luigi's pallette to something more like Mario & Luigi 3.
Luigi's colors on that game are perfect.
