Still, it seems highly unlikely. If Nintendo were making a follow-up console, they would probably make their own disk format. That release all around the world at the same time almost makes seem that a fan made it and is having fun eith the idiots who actually believe it. Unless Nintendo posts it themselves, i won't believe a word.

The only time Nintendo made their own disc format was when they made the Gamecube disc. Wii discs are normal DVDs formatted for use specifically on the Wii.

not true, Game cube discs are actually Mini DVDs that were formatted very similarly to the Wii's DVD disc.
far as anything Wii2/WiiHD, I would go far to say that this new is fake. Nintendo doesn't seem to be rushing to get a new console out, though the way things are looking with how many third parties are bothering to make games on that specific system I wouldn't be completely surprised if they did as a way to look forward expanding the market.
