It lacks power. Maybe if you make the animation quicker it'll help. Also try and remove some of the movement on the brim of the cap.

Give him a bit of recoil, Have him build up before he unleashes the kick.
Also have it stop more suddenly, and hold his boot out longer.

its meant to be a kick_1. its suposed to be a weak attack that can be combined.

I dunno, doesn't look very fitting for a weak attack
If it were me, I'd save it for a stronger attack, and put more power behind the animation like Battle Toads.

I'll consider doing a little more with a recoil, but I'm agreeing with Meta here. It's Kick 1. I think it can work fine for a first kick anyway; it's an exaggeration, like most of my moveset. I have something else in store for the forward kick.

As for the cap, I agree completely. I'll get to work on that in a jiffy.

what's those transparent lines in some of your frames in that Heracross combo attack? teleport effects?

idk about them, but the idea is very well executed, and i like it.


as for baegal's attack, i think the foot should be smaller, as this is just a simple attack. the second blow can be bigger, though. This way your attack will make more sense while being cartoony and goofy.

I'm going to go ahead and say I want in on this project. So tell me, would I be relevant enough to be in a TSR-based game?

Since, y'know, a lot of oldies here remember me from three years ago, and used me as an example of what not to do when providing critique on a sprite.

(That's what I saw the last time I looked at the rules in Spriting and Pixelart.)

-Replace my kick set, since I've been moving my attacks around.
-An entrance animation
-Tweaking the blur frames for the thousand fist move
-Finish the Cat House level
