Snes9x allows one to shut off the HDMA Layer (Rippling effects). either that or vSNES (uses ZSNES Savestates like the GBA's OAM/Map viewer).

I have been ripping for years, that's how I know how to organize them.
However I could really never churn out sheets faster than some other users here (SmithyGCN, Random Talking Bush, etc.)
