The background has become a lot better. It's nowhere near as distracting and noisy. But the ground/stage still could be neutralized. I'd go with A, since he'll be facing the current direction for most of the time, and not bad. RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - NICKtendo DS - 03-08-2012 I'll simplify the shading on the tree, blimp and floor and see if it's an improvement. Also, because my BG is busy at it is, I had an idea for Splot and Bolt for possible assists. Splot could trap an opponent in his gelatinous body, while Bolt beats him/her up, also hurting Splot in a comical way. Would this addition be acceptable for the game, seeing as I already have a fully playable character sheet? I'm also curious how many of you are familiar with either character, if any. (Reposting image for example) ![]() RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - Gors - 03-08-2012 (03-07-2012, 04:29 PM)Ekoi Wrote: Don't mind me, just pretending to be an artist. your character is like three meters tall and that means you're fucking huge the box's size equals, like, two meters and the fact that you can barely fit it with the legs bent means you're gigantic. RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - Unlucky Cloud - 03-08-2012 I kinda decided to try to make a character ![]() C+C? Things I should work on? And yeah, it's a floating bomb I wanted to make it simple cuz I'm an amauteur RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - NICKtendo DS - 03-08-2012 (03-08-2012, 11:31 AM)Unlucky Cloud Wrote: I kinda decided to try to make a character First of all, it does look amateuristic. Too amateuristic for my taste, sorry. Also you have to be a member for atleast 2 months. Read the first post. It's hard to critique, because the only mistakes you could really make is what the line and circle tool can make. It lacks depth, though it's affordable in this style. And, because you are new, we can hardly relate that character to you. It just seems too random to us. RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - Unlucky Cloud - 03-08-2012 OH, must have msised it Well then, sorry for this But, as long I'm here,is there anyway I could improve the quality of the sprite? Anywho the 2-month rule is just to keep people who pop in and fade out from appearing in a tSR game. Just hang out for a while and be cool, it'll fly by fast ![]() RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - Unlucky Cloud - 03-08-2012 Bob, thanks for the help As well as for everyone else Well, I'll take the time to improve my skills I'm looking forward for this game so keep up the good work And I can't stress this enough, I'm sorry ![]() RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - NICKtendo DS - 03-08-2012 ![]() Stage sheet update. Neutralized the tree, floor and blimp a bit. Tree now contains the cheated brown from the castle. RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - Shade - 03-08-2012 There should be a Goldmine level. OH WOW Its Ekoi. I prefer A, but I would definitely scale down your character. If only a little bit. He just seems... overly tall? His legs are bent, and is even still taller then all of the straight legged human characters. It's certainly not in the guide. x: If 64p = 200cm then I could certainly to an exact scale of my 6'2" character. I was mainly eyeing-it before based on the sizes of the other characters(whose height data I didn't quite have at hand) and common global averages. ![]() I kinda thought erryone was just kinda winging it, ha hah. EDIT: ohi Britt. RE: >>READ FIRST POST<< Fighters Resource:Spriters Destroy the World Non-Gors Workshop - NICKtendo DS - 03-08-2012 Animations: ![]() ![]() Walk-cycle was/is a nightmare. 6 frames because of the pace. Anyway, the idea is that Splot absorbs the opponent, Bolt casually walks to the swallowed foe and burns him/her. |
