RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Chris2Balls [:B] - 07-26-2009 (07-25-2009, 08:46 PM)Medevenx Wrote: Electabuzz -FAIL- It would be more natural for Electabuzz and Elekid to fold their arms like this: I believe Electabuzz's body is more pear-shaped and he should have slightly longer arms, according to official art, and the line on his brow should have a smaller inner angle (to make it more inclined upwards). The leg on the right should be moved back and perhaps not be as tilted. Good luck! Nice Torchic! RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Medevenx - 07-26-2009 I meant my Electabuzz is Fail. Yours is High Level Electabuzz in the list. Also, that Electabuzz is just too tall. Normal Electabuzz is 3'7". Anyway, I'm not gonna work on Electabuzz anymore. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Zenaki Jenkins - 07-26-2009 Smaller head. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Chris2Balls [:B] - 07-26-2009 Made a standard Electabuzz. (tweaked palette) Medevenx: No, I understood what you meant, but it still saddened me. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Cshad - 07-26-2009 Isnt he too small...? RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Chris2Balls [:B] - 07-26-2009 Nope, he's 3'7''. Which is the size according to the Pokédex. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Zabi - 07-26-2009 Good job on Umbreon and Electabuzz. The form of Electabuzz's flash pattern on the belly should be a bit sharper on the upper end. Also, you could play with the yellow palette a bit. I think it should have more of a golden/orange hue than pure yellow, try to do it a bit like Medevenx's. I got Larvitar's battle pose complete (could be too fast, because of my animation program D=): Frames: Anything to change/improve? Please let me know. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Chris2Balls [:B] - 07-26-2009 Thank you for your advice. I find your animation very wobbly, nonetheless a good effort: keep track of the black band, and try and look over the frames for that foot. I'd suggest you bit of head movement. I'll try and post an edit soon. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Medevenx - 07-26-2009 Aren't Electabuzz' hands supposed to be bigger? Also, I kinda' don't like how Larvitars foot twitches and how fast he moves his arms. I don't really know if Larvitars have elbows anyway. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Zenaki Jenkins - 07-27-2009 Tried Eevee. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Vipershark - 07-27-2009 aren't the bug pokemon like venonat and dustox and stuff impossibly small? like two pixels or something? RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - GrooveMan.exe - 07-27-2009 Um, no? Most of the (small) bug Pokémon are torso-size. The smallest Pokémon is Diglett. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Vipershark - 07-27-2009 oh never mind I thought dustox was impossibly small or something RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Wes - 07-27-2009 Diglett, Natu, Azurill, Budew, Burmy, Chingling, and Shaymin Land Form are 8 inches tall, all of them are the smallest.
