long and short of it is, someone writes up a challenge for a poster they feel is shitting up spamhaul(embarassing, difficult, funny, whatever) and i review the case, before giving the challenge a green light. failure to complete the challenge will result in being trained from spamhaul (not much of a punishment but w/e)
