You clearly grew up on the 90's schlock. I grew up on the 80's schlock myself, back where everything looked grainy and like it was outsourced to Korea to be colored.
And I loved both the 80's and 90's schlock. Out of your list there, I liked Men in Black and Extreme Ghostbusters the most. Couldn't be more 90's than that. Unless your show was about the number 90 and his ten member family and was entitled "The Nineties".
... I can dream.
Also, I liked Digimon better because they killed each other. Awesome!!
