Ajean: The thing in which she is sitting looks awesome, but you could fix her face especially the mouth.
Facing down/left/right: I would recommend you to use the face of a MC NPC as template. Most suitable would be an old women sprite. So you could fix her mouth and you could use more shading on her hair. Furthermore I wouldn't
use black outlines on her, but the black outlines on the thing she drives are good. Maybe it would also be a good idea to use more shading on her clothes. Apart from that the sprites look not bad.
Facing up: The only issue I see in this sprite are the black outlines on her clothes.
Ralph: He looks perfect. There's no problem with the sprites.

In my opinion he really succeeded.
In the artworks were used exactly these colors.
Yes, the colors don't mix well, but so was it in the artworks.
So I can't understand why you complain about this.

Um...Now that I look at him, he does look a bit too chubby....Maybe decreasing his body's sides by about 2 pixels....if that does anything...I'll take a look at link, and try to make Ralph maybe about a pixel or more skinnier....(Sorry if that doesn't make sense..I'm kinda busy, and I'm just rushing around at the moment.)

Oh yeah, I am actually using the colors of certain parts in that artwork of Ralph, mainly because that is how he should look....

I worked a bit more on Ralph. I added more possible sizes, hats, and colors. (not much though.)

Can you guys tell me which one (s) look the best? You can list the possible ones. EX: 1, a, V.1, which would mean that the first of all the categories are good. Or just say which are good.

i say for size 1 and for color id say either the original color or c and the hat i like the original one u did

Ok! Just to say, color c is just an added mouth, but I will use that, and size 1....Unless anyone else says anything. Miragos said to try to make Ralph look skinny, so I tried to make his tunic look a bit more thin around the belt. I have no clue what I was doing with the hats....lol..they were just some other tries to get the hat similar to his real one.
But what about the Anjean? Anyone?
