thats just for mewtwo/abomasnow
your third could be groudon w/soloarbeam or somehting if you dont want to be the #1 tool and use kyogre. or just say fuck weather and use rayquaza
if you want to be cool though, use jumpluff/dugtrio -- dugtrio uses substitute, jumpluff uses swagger on dugtrio. next turn just rock everyone with equake or stone edge if they are flying
while jumpluff debuffs or w/e with encore/worry seep/sleep powder/anything really

Kyogre could help out a teammate with swift swim
kyogre and choice specs kingdra would wipe through any team that isn't resistant to water

My friend in the UK is running Slow Kyogre (for rain) and Kabutops w/ Swift Swim.
He got up around 200s using it.

that program wont let me make belly drum/aqua jet azumarill even though its not against the VGC rules and theres no area to change regulations :- \

Aqua Jet and Belly Drum on Azumarill is an illegal moveset combination.

no pokemon can learn both moves to breed to azumarill apparently, so it's not possible to have both moves.

No, they are both Egg moves for Azumarill that can't be bred together. Smogon mentions them as illegal in analysis's because the moves are impossible to put on the same set without cheating, not because it's an illegal combination in competitive play (which, by the way, just in case you didn't know, they don't ban move combinations, any move combination is mentioned as illegal because you can't have them without cheating).
None of the Pokemon Azumarill can breed with can learn both Aqua Jet and Belly Drum. Same thing goes for Wish/Belly Drum Clefable.

Linoone strategy wont happen unless you got a Zigzagoon from the Pokemon Box disc thing in generation 3, thats the only time he gets Extreme Speed

would it not be possible to hack an egg of it? how easy would that be to spot? normally i dont condone hacking or duping but thats a rare case. im not competeing in VGC either, that just seems like a nice rare gem to have
