RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - tsr moderation staff - 06-17-2010 and anyway, 1:1 control can make for a way deeper combat system, which zelda never really had. especially in twilight princess. This does look like it'll be a fun game, no doubt, but the thing about motion control is that it's a flawed premise from the start. Human motion is very inexact to a computer. Go ahead, crack open your DS and open Pictochat, try drawing a straight line. Classic controller support would be fantastic, but I doubt it'll happen, because Nintendo likes to be stoopid about its motion control. I just hope it doesn't turn out to suck as furiously as Spirit Tracks. RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - Vipershark - 06-17-2010 form where you're sitting at your computer, begin flailing your arms around wildly as if you're swinging a sword do this for two hours straight was that fun? no? that's what you're going to be doing with zelda though RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - Woppet* - 06-17-2010 (06-17-2010, 09:59 AM)Vipershark Wrote: form where you're sitting at your computer, begin flailing your arms around wildly as if you're swinging a swordsee these? eat them and die RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - Cobalt Blue - 06-17-2010 (06-17-2010, 09:59 AM)Vipershark Wrote: form where you're sitting at your computer, begin flailing your arms around wildly as if you're swinging a sword i'd just link to this video where this guy dances lucky star's opening- RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - ThePortalGuru - 06-17-2010 ITT Vipershark judges gameplay of a game he hasn't played. RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - Vipershark - 06-17-2010 i'm judging motion controls in general i used the same argument for the wii version of twilight princess, and it was correct thats why i bought the gamecube version RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - Mallacxo - 06-17-2010 I bought both versions of Twilight Princess, so I could see the difference between them and how the motion controls were in Twilight Princess. Also quit dissing the motion controls, until you actually play the game yourself. RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - DioShiba - 06-17-2010 jesus christ I thought the whole argument over the motion controls were over with Like I said before I will end up buying this. I don't mind the cel-shading at all really, In fact I see that as a huge plus for this game. Makes it feel so much more closer to what OoT and MM were. to where as WW was too chibi oriented and TP being too realistic. Personally I want to try the motion controls myself, I just want to see how much they have improved it. SEE!? It's not just me who thinks it! I'm not as crazy as I thought I was! RE: The Legend Of Zelda: The Skyward Sword. - triptych - 06-17-2010 i wouldn't really call it combining those two styles i mean i see where you're coming from with that comment, but it honestly looks nothing like either of them |
