RE: Samus, Captain Falcon and Leon - Gors - 03-03-2011 yeah, that suit is probably Varia suit, which has an orange tint. still, it's nice c: RE: Samus, Captain Falcon and Leon - Chris2Balls [:B] - 03-03-2011 what ticks me off about falcon and samus, is that they have strong highlights and dark shadows, unlike Leon. The black bothers me less than the highlights, though. RE: Samus, Captain Falcon and Leon - Medevenx - 03-20-2011 Sorry I haven't updated Samus and CF yet, I felt more like doing Pokemon. RE: pokemon! - Sengir - 03-23-2011 i like the sneasel a lot, but voltorb's shading looks a little jaggy RE: pokemon! - Medevenx - 04-02-2011 I updated Sneasel. Hoping to make Elekid, Whismur and Zangoose after my finals week. @_@ RE: pokemon! - Ninspriterx - 04-02-2011 There seems to be a lot of contrast between the blue shades on Sneasel, don't you think? Maybe if you add one more "in between" shade that will also smoothen it all out as well as bringing it together. It's like AAing or something. (Probably is exactly AAing.) But if you want the style to stick with two, that's understandable. Any maybe you could put a shine spot on Voltorb. RE: pokemon! - X Gamer 66 - 04-02-2011 I like Sneasel. I think both coul duse a pinch of AA / selout to smooth them out a bit. SNeasel's "fins" look pretty jaggy RE: pokemon! - Teddy The Elite - 04-04-2011 Love Sneasel. Voltorb's shading towards the back gets really sketchy. RE: pokemon! - Medevenx - 04-09-2011 I checked the Pokedex and it showed that both Voltorb and Squirtle are 1'8". But I never really liked large Voltorb so I'm keeping Voltorb that size. I improved the colors and the shading and added a very WIP Squirtle. I will also be keeping the style to 2 colors. EDIT: Sneasel can now run! It should look faster. RE: sneasel run + squirtle & voltorb - Medevenx - 04-20-2011 Finals week is done! I passed all my subjects for my first year at the university. :> Anyway, now that that's done. I'm done with Electrode. Although I'm not really happy with the way the mouth came out. My next update will have Zangoose and Sneasel's Jump and Scratch animations. EDIT: Can't wait any longer. We might leave tomorrow so I should post this now. RE: zangoose :O - Perseus - 04-20-2011 Well I think Electrode's mouth is good. I think they're all good and I love Sneasel's jump RE: zangoose :O - Sengir - 04-20-2011 I'm really liking these! Especially the animations! RE: zangoose :O - Medevenx - 04-21-2011 Thank you! I was hoping to get Tyvon to read this thread with it already titled Zangoose. lol Anyway, I finished Sneasel's Ground Scratch. To-do list: -Sneasel- Scratch (in mid-air) Leer Taunt Hurt (Not very effective, Mild damage, Super Effective, Knocked Out) Down and Getting Up Stance Sneasel has Scratch, Leer and Taunt as its moves at Level 1 that's why I'm animating them. I hope to start Elekid and Whismur while I sheet Sneasel. RE: zangoose :O - Britt - 04-21-2011 Zangoose's stance is off balance, shift is upper body back a pixel or two, and Sneasel's idle pose is really odd. While it was alright when they were just singular sprites, it doesn't work for an animation unless as a taunt or something of the sort. I'm loving these things thought, the style is pretty awesome and the animations are smooth. Keep it up. RE: zangoose :O - StarSock64 - 04-21-2011 I think zangoose's head is too big compared to his body, he seems to be lacking contrast and his arms are...weird. I'm also not really liking how unsaturated the blue is on squirtle. Pretty good though, I like sneasel's jump a lot |
