IDK, City Folk felt more like an expansion for Wild world, which was kind of pointless to begin with.
I don't really care how easy the game is to use, I just wanna get decent gameplay out of it.
I personally wish that there was more interactivity in the series rather then just living your daily life because that kind of turned me away from the game, just didn't appeal to me all that much. Because it definitely has the potential to at least have some extra touch ups like minigames or jobs that don't end up being a series of fetch quests.
