RE: Wreck it Ralph - Ton - 11-04-2012 That's because most of the story took place in a fictional game. Because I remember there being a ton of scenes in Roger Rabbit that didn't use "real cartoons" and focused on the movie's own characters :F RE: Wreck it Ralph - Helmo - 11-05-2012 every background character from roger rabbit is from a real cartoon series and every scene that had cartoons had them WIR has a much more limited number of characters that should have been reworked to appear more RE: Wreck it Ralph - Kosheh - 11-05-2012 (11-04-2012, 09:17 PM)Trollerskates Wrote:(11-04-2012, 07:45 PM)м▲я✞H Wrote: Anyone else see Skrillex as the DJ at Felix's party? skrillex cameo aaaaaaaaaaa i liked this movie so much, i saw it twice over the weekend not really a spoiler, but I noticed an obnoxious amount of not-quite-Nintendo in this movie. Yes, Bowser shows up in the badanon meeting but elsewhere there's generic looking turtles and a not-really-peach and daisy edit: turns out the two are credited as "daisy" and "rosalina" - though they didn't really resemble the two characters in the least but :/ and vanellope is cast incredibly well (voiced by sarah silvermann, possibly the most annoying and audibly obnoxious comedian today) because she's annoying as hell *also if you're a big anime nerd you're going to love this movie, AKB48 does the theme song for the Sugar Rush game in the movie also the repeated appearances of the TMNT arcade cabinet HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGH btw at any point during the film did anyone realize that there's probably other arcades in the area? RE: Wreck it Ralph - Natis - 11-05-2012 I just saw it yesterday! I must say... that was an amazing movie! I loved all the video game references here and there. Did anyone catch the "All your base are belong to us" graffiti at the very beginning on the movie? It was very brief. RE: Wreck it Ralph - Nonnie Grey - 11-05-2012 Saw this the other day... My brother and I are still talking about it. And I don't usually like movies. Gotta say, the story itself is pretty good... but in my opinion, the gold is in the subtleties and the execution. Aren't I late? Most of the time during the movie, I was looking for all the references and all that. Like any of us won't do that during the movie. But yeah it was fun! |
