It's just a VR compatible device. Still pretty cool though. RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - senjen - 10-28-2013 Boogerman remake is going to be possibly made 0.0 http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/boogerman20th/boogerman-20th-anniversary-the-video-game?ref=live it looks promising and it may even get co-op to with Earthworm Jim being the second player RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - Jermungandr - 11-07-2013 You know I've got to say ... I really frudging hate Kickstarter's website set-up. You can't just easily browse through all the game projects to look for things that may interest you. If you click on the link that says "view all ### game projects" what it actually brings you to is a page where it lists the editor's pick, followed by popular projects, followed by highest funded projects. There is no actual easy way to just see a listing of everything currently seeking funding. It's set up in a way so that the less popular projects will NEVER get noticed unless the creators do a shitload of external advertising. And that drives me nuts. RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - Sol - 11-08-2013 http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1307515311/night-in-the-woods Quote:All Mae wants to do is run around with her friends, break stuff and hang on to a life of aggressive aimlessness. She dropped out of college and returned home to her crumbling old mining town to do just that, but she's finding that nothing is the same anymore. The old town seems different. Her old friends have grown in their own directions. Mae herself is undergoing some sudden and unexplained changes, giving her mysterious abilities that grant her access to a side of town she never knew existed. The world is changing, things are ending, and the future is uncertain. Up behind the park at the edge of town, back in the trees by the old mine- there's something in the woods. And it could mean no future at all. This game looks so good. There are 13 days left in the Kickstarter, 15 bucks gets you a copy when it's released. RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - Koh - 11-10-2013 I didn't want to make a thread in General Discussion, since there was a general Kickstarter thread here. The creator of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy is kickstarting for a new cartoon, and it only has about a week left. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/745014573/dead-meat RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - Phaze - 11-11-2013 (05-29-2013, 06:12 PM)senjen Wrote: Found a really cool Kickstarter that was inspired by games such as Banjo-Kazooie, and and many other Nintendo based games Damn, I wish I found this post earlier. In short, Mecha is a massive scumbag and I don't think A Hat in Time should've gotten a single cent from anyone. I probably wouldn't have really made a difference, but I saw the whole shitstorm (d)evolve on Facepunch some time back. RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - senjen - 11-14-2013 a game being made from the creator of Brawl in the Family web comics series it looks pretty good and has awesome music http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/437762268/tadpole-treble RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - senjen - 12-04-2013 Bump sorry for the double post but found another kickstarter which is heavily inspired by Banjo-Kazooie and only has six days left to fund! RE: The Kickstarter/IndieGoGo Thread - SonicWind - 12-07-2013 Grow is a class-based brawler with a unique mechanic. You start out as a base creature called a Nom that can't do much, but as you consume food, you grow into a different creature. What you eat affects what you turn into. For instance, eating meat will turn you into a Power creature that can aggressively deal damage while soaking it up at the same time. Interested? Check out the Kickstarter here. |
