RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 12-24-2015 Sorry I took, I was without internet these days ... weeks ... months ... Well, I have done many things in sheet but did not bring anything yet. I am writing for the lan house and might take to have news, so do not block the thread RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 12-31-2015 RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 02-12-2016 I'm doing a SMB Fluid Sprites RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 02-19-2016 I did this Yoshi sprite. What transformation do you prefer? RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 03-18-2016 RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Kelvin - 03-18-2016 Ooh, check out those tiles. Looks like you've got all the angles covered. ^.-.^ RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Kitsu - 03-20-2016 Hmm, for that Sparky, I'm thinking it's in need of some good ol' squash and stretch. Right now, its hopping around looks very unenergetic and suggests the character is made of some solid rock material or something, when in the actual games, it's really quite a stretchy little blob! So a little squashing when it hits the ground and some stretching as it bounces back off would make it feel much more interesting. Here's a short video discussing the general idea of the technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haa7n3UGyDc RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 03-26-2016 Super Mario Blocks RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 04-10-2016 RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 07-11-2016 An off -topic question, know a good program to create apps and mobile games that is not paid ? RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Gors - 07-11-2016 Your animations are very smooth, it's nice to look at. Nice tiles, too! I don't know much about programming own apps, but maybe the people at the Game Development section may shed some light. RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - miyabi95_ - 07-11-2016 Unity has a free version that has pretty good capabilities of creating apps and games for multiple platforms. Clickteam also released a free version of Fusion 2.5. your animations are super fluid! very lovely c: RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Jaharl - 07-11-2016 I say that the Godot Engine is a good one to work with. It is free and open-source, you can do 2D/3D games, and you can port it to many different PCs and Phones. The only gimmick is that you can only use GDScript (Godot's own scripting language) or C++. Anyways, I am really liking your fluid mario style sprites. They look very nice. RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 10-17-2016 I'm making a hack of Tiny Toon Adventures 2, from NES, called Super Mario And Friends: SMB USA 2. This is the Underground Tileset (High Speed Log Ride level). Also, what do you prefer? The lava pipe or the lava hole? I decided to make this edit to show a small Mario Sprite I did in the SMB3 style. But I am in doubt about which to use: the one of the top (big nose and smaller chin) or the one of lower one (smaller nose and bigger chin). Which do you prefer? Then I'll edit Mario's legs and post all the changes I've made to Mario. RE: Lovintendo's Sprite Temple - Lovintendo - 11-28-2016 Here is an SMB fluid Mario running animation: BAM! More stuff related to smb: The 1st version is based on the limits of the original smb and my custom Mario sprites. The 2nd version is an improved style, based on the drawing of the original Mario and the classes that Mit gives each Sprite that does. And this is the face of a project of mine: three pixel arts of each smb mario power. |
