Not sure what kind of compression this is. Can't find any info on it either.
If possible that 20MB misc.png might be useful to look at. Don't bother with the 780MB misc.mp4 though, since they're probably the same format (as archives, at least).

The archives are stored in the "\files\r" directory, the missing misc.mp4 takes 952 MB and can be download separatly here if needed:

Since the game is free to play there shouldn't be any harm done in sharing these files, absolutely everyone can download and install the game if wanted.
