It may be just me, But for some unknown reason, I think squirtle looks a little tooo blue. That's just me, though

Should I just use the palettes from either Mystery Dungeon or the Pokémon front and back sprites from D/P/Pt?

hey I don;t know if I could post here, but me and a friend of mine are trying to mod a version of pokemon diamond, but we hit a snag in that we don't have the tool needed to rip/replace the games sprites
I figured you guys might be of some help

DDS, are you still working on this? I thought now that HGSS came out, you weren't.
